Dimarco Named MIAA Offensive Player of the Week

Graduate forward Mackenzie Dimarco has been named the MIAA Offensive Player of the Week after scoring four goals while leading the Emporia State soccer team to an undefeated week last week.  Dimarco netted two goals in a draw with Northwest Missouri on Friday before scoring two more and adding an assist in ESU’s come from behind victory over Missouri Western on Sunday.  Dimarco now has 69 career goals in 78 career games taking over the career MIAA scoring lead from Jada Scott who scored 67 goals in 96 matches at Central Missouri.  Emporia State returns to action on Friday hosting Central Missouri.  Kickoff is scheduled for 3:00 p.m. from the ESU Soccer Pitch.
