The Emporia High volleyball team split its triangular at Topeka West Tuesday night.
Topeka West defeated the Lady Spartans in three sets, 16-25, 25-22, 27-25. Emporia High swept Topeka High, 25-23, 25-16.
Emporia High is now 22-8 on the season. They’ll host a 10-team tournament on Saturday that begins at 9 a.m. at EHS. Emporia High will play Sumner Academy, Lawrence, Maize and Maize South in pool play. The other pool consists of Seaman, Spring Hill, Bishop Carroll, Washburn Rural and Bonner Springs.
