Chase County deputies say they arrested a Kansas City, Missouri man on suspicion of drug distribution this week.
Deputies say they stopped a vehicle for speeding late Tuesday night on US Highway 50 near the Lyon-Chase county line. They arrested Zaki Wyle, age 44, on suspicion of possessing marijuana and methamphetamine, both with intent to distribute, as well as possession of cocaine and paraphernalia. Wyle was also booked on suspicion of trafficking contraband into a correctional facility.
Formal charges at last word are pending.
