The Emporia Board of Zoning Appeals and Metropolitan Area Planning Commission have back-to-back meetings Tuesday evening.
The Board of Appeals is first, handling a pair of applications involving variance requests — one from the minimum parking standards, another from the minimum side yard setback for an accessory structure. Other details, including addresses, are not listed on the agenda.
Following that meeting, the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission has an application of its own to address, reconsidering an application to rezone property located at 513 and 519 Congress. Two applications, one for a preliminary plat and one for a planned unit development, are currently listed as tabled.
The meeting slate begins at 6 pm at the Municipal Court Room.
