Emporia’s main medical facilities will have board meetings this week.
CareArc’s Board of Directors will meet at noon Tuesday. Monthly and quarterly reports are ahead for finances, the medical board, dental clinic, quality and marketing. Board members will continue their conversations about credentials and privileges. There will also be discussion about CareArc’s breastfeeding policy and an executive session on financial affairs.
The monthly meeting precedes the grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony for CareArc’s new dental wing. That event will start at 4:30 pm Tuesday.
The Newman Regional Health Board of Trustees will meet at 3:30 pm Wednesday. The agenda for that meeting has not yet been released.
