Repairs are completed on a water main break in northwest Emporia.
Underground Utilities crews were called out to the 3500 block of Caribou after 1 pm. Repairs were done before 5:30 pm.

Parts of far northwest Emporia are suffering through a water main break.
City Communications Manager Christine Torrens says the break was reported in the 3500 block of Caribou Drive after 1 pm. Service in that immediate area could be affected for several hours.
