Executive Director – Make a difference in the lives and communities of the Flint Hills of Kansas. The Emporia Community Foundation (ECF), a 501(c)3, is seeking to hire an Executive Director/Chief Executive Officer (EC/CEO) to serve the diverse citizens in Emporia/Lyon County and the six surrounding counties. The ED/CEO is the spokesperson of the ECF and is responsible for the overall management, including efficient grantmaking procedures, the oversight of investment, fundraising, scholarships, and Match Day. The ED/CEO’s position is performance-based. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of five years in management.
