Two members of the Emporia High cross country team had their final run of the season at the Class 5A state meet at Rim Rock Farm outside of Lawrence on Saturday
Junior Daghyn True finished 10th with a time of 16:11.98. It was True’s second consecutive top-10 finish at state.
Freshman Madison Evans finished 30th with a time of 20:12.34.
