Budgets, property matters and purchases are ahead for Lyon County commissioners on Thursday.
Commissioners will hear a presentation from Lyon County Area Transportation Director Shane Brunner and Justice Painting owner Jarom Smith. Their proposal involves converting the LCAT bus barn property into public parking and a lease agreement with Justice Painting for bus parking.
Separately, commissioners will get a budget request update from Flint Hills Technical College President Caron Daugherty. Sheriff’s Office representative Tobey Kelley will also present a better thn $6,300 invoice for a camera system through Motorola Solutions involving a Detention Center van.
Two executive sessions are scheduled.
The meeting is at 9 am Thursday at the County Courthouse Commission Chambers.
