The most wonderful time of the year is fast approaching.
SOS Inc. has kicked off its annual holiday drive to take some stress off its clients during an important time of the year.
SOS Community Relations Coordinator Cara Codney says there’s been a great sign up of families for the holiday. Codney says SOS feels the need to give to their clients this holiday season.
Codney says the basic items needed for individuals or families include winter coats, hygiene items, clothing, and shoes. Donors can go also above and beyond giving the basic needs by giving toys and other gifts the client would enjoy.
In 2022, SOS provided gifts to 128 individuals from the holiday drive. Codney says SOS would like to get all of the families adopted by November 20 and have all donations to SOS by December 10.
