Four area volleyball players and an area coach have received honors from the Kansas Volleyball Association released Sunday evening.
Three Lebo volleyball players earned All-State honors in Class 1A Division II. Saige Hadley and Audrey Peek are first-team selections. Abi Jones is a second team selection.
Hadley was named the Class 1A Division II Player of the Year. Lebo coach Gina Peek was named the 1A Division II Coach of the year.
Lebo won its second consecutive state championship last month and has a record of 84-4 over the past two seasons.
Olpe’s Grace Coughlin is an honorable mention selection in Class 1A Division I. Coughlin helped lead Olpe to back-to-back trips to state in Class 1A Division I.
