Lyon County commissioners won’t have their weekly meeting on Thanksgiving, but they will still have an action session this week.
Commissioners are meeting Wednesday. The main general topic will be financial matters:
*Commissioners could approve invoices from Traffic Control Services for upfitting several Sheriff’s Office vehicles. The total dollar amount is over $185,000.
*Commissioners could also approve a better than $38,000 quote from The Railroad Yard for culvert material.
Commission and staff reports are on the agenda, as are two executive sessions — one each for non-elected personnel and legal matters.
The meeting is at 9 am Wednesday at the County Courthouse Commission Chambers.
