Trial could take place this upcoming spring in an attempted murder and arson case.
Following a hearing earlier this month, Donovan Williams was set for a motions hearing Jan. 31. He also now has a final pretrial set for March 13, with jury trial tentatively set to begin either March 18 or April 8.
Williams is accused of throwing a homemade incendiary device into an apartment window at 825 Congress in April with people inside the dwelling at the time. He currently faces 11 total counts in Lyon County District Court, including one each of aggravated arson and attempted first-degree murder, as well as five counts of aggravated child endangerment, two of endangerment and two of criminal use of explosives.
