A missing child has been found safe following the issuance of a statewide Amber Alert Friday.
The Kansas Bureau of Investigation says three-year-old Paisley Grace Thompson was located safe in Butler County at approximately 5:40 pm. Thompson was reportedly abducted around 2 pm at gunpoint by Thompson and Melanie Anderson from her mother in Fort Riley.
Exact details as to how and where Thompson was located as well as her physical condition have not been announced.

A statewide Amber Alert has been issued for a toddler believed to have been abducted Friday afternoon.
The Kansas Bureau of Investigation says 3-year-old Paisley Grace Thompson was taken at gunpoint from her mother from a residence at 4465 3 Lee Street in Fort Riley at 2 pm. The suspects, Jordan Thompson and Melanie Anderson left from the residence in an unknown direction in a “vibrant orange” 2015 BMW X 1 with the Kansas license plate number 769-RXZ.
KBI has yet to release descriptions of the suspects, however, Thompson is a white female, 3’4″ tall with blue eyes and blonde hair. KBI believes Thompson to be in “imminent danger” and asks anyone with information is asked to contact 911 or call 1-800-KS Crime immediately.
