State revenues came up short of projections for the second straight month.
Total November revenues were almost $650 million. That’s about $14 million or 2 percent below estimates and up slightly from November 2022.
Not all categories missed projections. Corporate income taxes, $35.4 million, were better than 40 percent higher than estimates and nearly 170 percent higher from the prior year. However, individual income tax receipts at $292 million missed estimates by 3.5 percent. Combined retail sales and compensating use tax receipts, $291 million, were short of expectations by almost 5 percent.
