Emporia State junior wide receiver Tyler Kahmann has been named Second Team All-American by the Associated Press. Kahmann led the Hornets this year with 101 catches and 1234 yards with a single-season program record 20 touchdowns while averaging 103 yards per game. Kahmann was previously named First Team All-Region and was First Team All-MIAA. Central Missouri Quarterback Zach Zebrowski, Northwest Missouri running back Jay Harris, Pittsburg State tight end Devon Garrison, Central Missouri wide receiver Arkell Smith, and defensive back Wyryor Noil all received first team honors from the MIAA. Pitt State offensive lineman Trase Jeffries and linebacker Jack Barkley, and Missouri Western defensive lineman Dakari Streeter joined Kahmann on the second team.
