A positive financial report highlighted the CareArc Board of Directors’ final monthly meeting of 2023 Tuesday afternoon.
According to the report, the health center saw a net gain of $221,597 for November, favorable to a projected net loss of $16,000. Expenses for the month came in $35,000 below budget at $855,000 with revenues for the month coming in at $1.076 million including net patient service revenue, federal grant income, state grant income and other service revenues.
Year-to-date the health center has a net gain of $689,000 excluding additional grant income.
In other business, the board reviewed the 2020-24 strategic plan with Executive Director Renee Hively noting the center has met most of its objectives and goals as outlined in the plan heading into 2024. Separate items included the monthly clinical and CQI committee reports and a trio of executive sessions related to financial matters.
The CareArc Board of Directors will reconvene for its first meeting of 2024 on Tuesday, January 23 at noon inside of the Havenhill Conference Room.
