Rain is coming soon across the KVOE listening area. A White Christmas is not.
Sprinkles are possible through mid-morning Thursday, but there is a much better chance of rainfall by late Thursday night into the morning hours Friday. The National Weather Service says we could get half an inch of rainfall during that event.
Rain becomes likely again Saturday night into Christmas, with some thunderstorms — and no snowfall — possible for the holiday. In fact, with high temperatures in the 60s for Saturday and Sunday and upper 40s for Christmas, we could get up to an inch of rainfall for the holiday weekend.
Rain chances persist into Tuesday before conditions dry out. KVOE and KVOE.com will keep you updated.
