First appearances in Lyon County District Court are pending for a Philadelphia man arrested on a warrant related to charges of rape and kidnapping in Ohio this past Thursday.
According to Captain Candice Breshears of the Kansas Highway Patrol, 29-year-old Jamshid Bultakov was stopped for a truck inspection, the location of the stop has not been divulged. During the inspection, it was discovered Bultakov had a warrant out for his arrest for charges of rape and kidnapping in Fairfield County, Ohio.
Bultakov was taken to the Lyon County Jail where he was booked for the warrant and listed as a “fugitive from justice.” Additional details and court dates for Bultakov in Lyon County are currently pending.
