There will be pancakes aplenty at the USD 252 Honor Flight pancake feed Friday night in Hartford.
In fact, the meal features all-you-can-eat pancakes and sausage along with drinks. Superintendent Ryan Muhlig says this also features something else — a way to connect students and veterans to the larger community.
Serving begins at 5 pm at Hartford High. Suggested donation is $8 per plate for adults and $5 for children up to age 12.
Hartford High will also be the site of the Olpe-Hartford basketball doubleheader, which is the featured Area Game of the Week on Country 101.7 FM and KVOE.com.
