Formal charges are pending against five Louisiana men arrested this week in Chase County.
The Sheriff’s Office says a deputy stopped a vehicle on US Highway 50, leading to a warrant-based search at a Cottonwood Falls residence. Arrested were:
*Christopher Phillips, age 24 of Baton Rouge, on suspicion of possessing marijuana and paraphernalia, interfering with an investigation and transporting an open container of alcohol
*Robert Phillips, age 30 of Baton Rouge, on suspicion of possessing marijuana and paraphernalia and interfering with an investigation
*Webb Phillips, age 27 of Baton Rouge, on suspicion of possessing marijuana and paraphernalia and interfering with an investigation
*Hayden Lowery, age 23 of Baton Rouge, on suspicion of possessing marijuana and paraphernalia and transporting an open container of alcohol
*Max Grabert, age 24 of New Iberia, on suspicion of possessing hallucinogenic drugs, opiates, marijuana and paraphernalia as well as interfering with an investigation
