Emporia Underground Utility Crews are on site of a water main break in north Emporia.
Crews responded to the break just before 5:40 pm Tuesday. Details on the size of the break and potential cause are currently pending.
Water service may be affected to customers in the area. This is the second break reported within the Emporia city limits Tuesday after a separate break was noted in the 700 block of Overlander at 11:20 am.
The break on Overlander has been repaired with service to all customers restored.
