If you have not yet entered for a place in this year’s Life Time Unbound Gravel series of races you have just over a week left to do so.
The annual selection lottery for the 25, 50, 100 and 200-mile distances began last Friday, January 5 and will close next Saturday, January 20 at 11:59 pm. Unbound Marketing Manager Kristi Mohn, a recent guest of KVOE’s Morning Show, says there has been “a lot of activity” since the lottery opened which she says illustrates the continued enthusiasm for the annual gravel.
Mohn says this is encouraging given last year’s event came with several challenges, namely wet and muddy conditions nearly from start to finish.
Regarding this year’s slate of races, Mohn says they want to make sure every rider has the opportunity to experience the atmosphere of crossing the Unbound finish line. With that in mind, she says they have developed a new program for riders selected for the 25 and 50-mile distances.
