Trial is set to begin Tuesday in a Lyon County child rape case.
Travis Iverson is charged with one count of rape and 12 of sex exploitation.
Iverson, age 43 of Emporia, is accused of illegal activity with two children under the age of 14, including one currently under the age of three, with illegal activity from March 2022 until his arrest this past May.
