An extradition hearing is coming next month in the case of a man arrested in Lyon County on charges of violent sexual activity in another state.
The review hearing is set for 1:30 pm Feb. 6 in the Lyon County case against Jamshid Bultakov, a Pennsylvania man arrested in late December near Emporia after a traffic stop led to information about an Ohio warrant on suspicion of rape and kidnapping.
Kansas Legal Services will represent Bultakov during court and trial proceedings.
