A preliminary hearing is coming Monday for an Overland Park man and former Emporia State fraternity member accused of drug distribution.
Caden Hunt has a preliminary hearing set for 2 pm in Lyon County District Court.
Hunt faces 16 total counts, including distribution of cocaine, LSD, marijuana, cannabinoids and psilocybin, after a nearly month-long investigation by Emporia Police that included a search of Emporia State’s Sigma Tau Gamma house. The fraternity dismissed Hunt as a member shortly after his arrest.
