No production adjustments have been announced after a sprinkler line broke at Emporia’s Hostess plant Sunday afternoon.
Emporia Fire was called out to respond shortly after 2 pm, finding some water near the main building’s northeast corner. Firefighters say Hostess staffers were already fixing the sprinkler head when crews arrived.
No other issues have been reported.
