A glaze of freezing rain is still possible to likely for the KVOE listening area Sunday night through at least noon Monday.
The National Weather Service is still expecting anywhere from 0.01-0.10 inches of icing areawide, starting by mid-evening Sunday and continuing at least until shortly before sunrise Monday. The Weather Service also says there is a possibility of freezing rain and drizzle to continue until midday when temperatures are expected to climb above freezing.
Freezing rain could return Monday night into Tuesday, but temperatures will likely be at or close to freezing, thus limiting a chance of widespread icing.

The National Weather Service says the KVOE listening area and other parts of eastern Kansas could contend with a freezing rain episode Sunday night into Monday morning.
Winter weather advisories are coming between 9 pm Sunday and noon Monday for Lyon, Coffey, Morris, Osage and Wabaunsee counties. Chase and Greenwood counties are in a separate advisory between 8 pm Sunday and noon Monday.
The Weather Service expects anywhere from a thin ice glaze up to 0.10 inches of ice falling during the advisory period. Those amounts could lead to black ice situations on some roadways and elevated surfaces, causing potential travel issues through the Monday morning commute.
Freezing rain will change to a cold rain Monday afternoon as temperatures climb to the upper 30s. Another round of freezing rain is possible Monday night into Tuesday, but it appears less likely with overnight lows around freezing.
More rain is possible through Thursday morning, although totals may be less than a quarter-inch between Tuesday and Thursday.
