Formal charges have been filed against an Emporia man accused of drug distribution.
Reginald Alan McFarland, age 56, was arrested Friday and subsequently charged with distributing up to 100 grams of methamphetamine during an alleged incident the day of his arrest. He’s also formally charged with possessing marijuana and paraphernalia.
McFarland’s first appearance will be at 1:15 pm Tuesday in Lyon County District Court.
