A preliminary hearing is coming next month in an Emporia drug distribution case.
Reginald Alan McFarland, age 56, was arrested Friday and subsequently charged with distributing up to 100 grams of methamphetamine during an alleged incident the day of his arrest. He’s also formally charged with possessing marijuana and paraphernalia.
McFarland’s next hearing is at 9 am Feb. 28 in Lyon County District Court.
