Seven area high school basketball teams are ranked in the latest KBCA rankings released on Tuesday.
The Emporia High girls are ranked fifth in 5A after being sixth last week. Emporia High is 11-1 and has won nine consecutive games. The Osage City girls are seventh in 3A. The Olpe girls are ranked eighth in 1A-DI. The Lebo girls are ranked No. 1 in 1A-DII. On the boys side, Lyndon is ranked first in 2A. The Olpe boys are ranked second in 1A-DI. The Lebo boys are ranked eighth in 1A-DII.
