Emporia High senior Aiden Ewing signed his National Letter of Intent on Wednesday to continue his baseball career at Bethany College in Lindsborg.
Ewing said this is a dream for him to continue his playing career for four more years after high school. Ewing chose Bethany because of a relationship he made with Bethany head coach Olan Ortiz last summer playing in Puerto Rico.
Ewing’s primary position he’ll play at Bethany will be third base. Emporia High baseball coach Anthony Markowitz said Ewing is one of those players who does everything right when asked.
Ewing and the Emporia High baseball team will open up their season on Thursday March 21 at Ottawa.
