A hearing is tentatively set just after Valentine’s Day in a Chase County drug distribution case.
Aaron Wallin is charged with possessing over half a pound of marijuana with intent to distribute after his arrest late last month. He’s also charged with possessing drug paraphernalia, driving while suspended, circumventing an ignition interlock device and other traffic offenses.
Wallin’s preliminary hearing is Feb. 15 in Cottonwood Falls.
