The Emporia High boys bowling team had another strong performance Tuesday at Flint Hills Lanes.
Emporia High finished second with a series of 2,562, finishing behind Junction City. The Spartans had two place in the top five led by Caydrick Crouch who finished third with a 672. Crouch placed third over teammate Colton Swift who also bowled a 672, but Crouch had a high game of 249 over Swift’s 234. Adam Kamprath finished 10th with a 587 series.
The Lady Spartans finished third as a team with a series of 1,727. Izelt Hernandez led Emporia High with a fourth place finish with a series of 483.
Emporia High will host its next home invitational on Monday at 2 p.m. at Flint Hills Lanes.
