The Regional Development Association of East Central Kansas Board of Directors has its monthly meeting coming Friday morning.
Board members will discuss upcoming improvements to Road F near Industrial Park IV. They will also discuss what’s called a BDO, or Bioeconomy Development Opportunity zone, notably involving items like crop stalks for use in biodiesel and chemicals.
The meeting is at 7 am at the Trusler Business Center, 719 Commercial. It’s the first official meeting for Interim President Jim Witt after the recent resignation of former president Chuck Scott.
