Pretrial and arraignment is the next step in an Emporia child sex abuse case.
Antoine Moliere was set for his next court appearance, March 8, during a preliminary hearing in Lyon County District Court on Thursday.
Moliere currently faces one count of rape against a maximum five-year-old child after alleged activity between February and April last year. He’s also accused of an alternate count of aggravated indecent liberties against the same child for alleged activity in December.
Arraignment is typically where trial dates and potential motions hearings are scheduled.
