A preliminary hearing in an Emporia robbery case has been delayed.
A hearing set for earlier this month in the case against 20-year-old Jaison Travelbee Jr is now set for March 11 at defense request. A separate defense motion to modify bond was denied.
Travelbee was arrested in late December. He faces one count of robbery and an alternate count of theft after an alleged incident in the 600 block of Sunnyslope. Emporia Police have accused Travelbee of robbing one person of around $100 as part of an unarmed robbery incident.
