It’s safe to say Ed Rathke’s winning of KVOE’s annual Watch the Chiefs promotion this past Sunday solidified one point, you never doubt the boys in red.
While picking up his winnings at Triad Leasing Thursday, Rathke punctuated his win with a motto that has become synonymous with the now four-time Super Bowl champions.
With their 25-22 overtime win in Super Bowl 58 Sunday night, the Chiefs secured a brand new Q LED 4K television for Rathke who randomly picked the Chiefs to go all the way at the start of the playoffs.
Throughout the NFL regular season, listeners to Country 101.7 FM had a chance to name two mystery players during each game. Successful participants then qualified for the chance to win the television and also received a free one-topping pizza from Gambino’s.
