4:30 am Friday: Up to an inch of snow possible for most area locations Friday morning
Light snow is possible across much of the KVOE listening area Friday morning.
The National Weather Service says a fast-moving storm system may drop up to an inch of wet snowfall through noon, especially north of a line from Matfield Green to Madison to Gridley. Areas south of that line may only get a dusting.
Light rain or drizzle mix in with the snow, so total amounts may vary.
The Weather Service says there could be slick spots on road, bridges and overpasses until temperatures climb above freezing. Friday’s high will be in the upper 30s.
