Madison boys jumped out to a 20-0 lead against Yates Center, never looking back in their 58-17 victory.
The win snapped a four-game skid, and advanced Madison to the next round of substate to face Colony-Crest.
Madison faced Crest earlier in the season, winning 51-42.
Alex McNeal was happy to get back in the win column and get at least one more week with his team.
Colton Isch led Madison with 21 points.
