Next week, KVOE’s already-busy airwaves get even busier.
The fifth annual United Way-KVOE Live Morning Drive Radio Auction begins Monday and continues all the way through Friday. Outgoing CEO Mickey Edwards is looking forward to the interactions and the bidding to come next week.
Onboarding CEO Daphne Mertens says there are great items to be had.
The auction goes from 6:30-9 am Monday through Friday, with items online at unitedwayoftheflinthills.org/uwfhauction. Participants are asked to bid by texting the Bluestem Farm and Ranch text line at 620-342-5863, including the item number and bid amount. Winners will be notified later in the day. Proceeds will be included in the United Way’s annual fundraising campaign underway now through at least March.
