Court proceedings are advancing for a man accused of sexual activity with a minor in Greenwood County.
Gavin Gage Pollreis was arrested after a warrant-related search Feb. 11, according to Greenwood County deputies. Pollreis has been officially charged with single counts of rape, aggravated indecent liberties, criminal sodomy, sexual exploitation and contributing to a child’s misconduct. The alleged victim in this case is 14 years old.
Pollreis has a preliminary hearing March 29.
