A man accused of distributing fentanyl, marijuana and methamphetamine in Lyon County is set for a preliminary hearing next month.
Azim Williams tentatively has a preliminary hearing March 13 before Judge Doug Jones. He also has a review hearing March 7. Several local attorneys have been assigned to the case, only to have conflicts — either with this case or prior cases.
Williams is currently charged with single counts of distributing up to 100 units of fentanyl, up to 100 grams of meth and up to 450 grams of marijuana as part of an alleged incident Feb. 5. He’s also charged with one count of possessing drug paraphernalia.
