Sentencing is coming Thursday for a man who pleaded no contest to attempted sexual exploitation of a teenager early last year.
Chad Pretzer has a hearing at 10 am. Pretzer was originally charged in January 2023 with three counts of sexual exploitation against a then-16-year-old. Last month, Pretzer pleaded no contest to an amended count of attempted exploitation, with the other two charges dismissed as part of a plea agreement.
Pretzer will have to register on the Kansas Offender list as part of the agreement.
