Head girls basketball coach Bill Nienstedt announced on Twitter Thursday that he was resigning as the head girls basketball coach at Madison High School. Nienstedt made the announcement on Twitter saying that he was stepping down to be a more active grandfather to his five grandchildren. The Bulldogs finished this season 15-6 falling in the Sub-State semifinals to eventual state qualifier Olpe. Nienstedt led Madison to a 33-10 record in two seasons with the school.
