Lyon County commissioners zipped through their action session agenda Thursday.
Commissioners approved a quote from Myers Brothers out of Kansas City to install six remote oil fill pipes at the new Lyon County Highway Department shop building near Roads 160 and J. The process will involve installing the pipes from tanks to an exterior wall of the building and will include valve shutoffs.
Commissioners also approved a letter of support for the Stepping Up program, which is designed to lower recidivism rates for people in the criminal justice system battling mental health issues.
