Sentencing is now set for late May in an Emporia robbery case.
Jaison Edward Travelbee pleaded no contest to attempted robbery during a hearing this month.
Travelbee was first accused of a count of robbery and an alternate count of theft after an alleged incident in the 600 block of Sunnyslope in December. Emporia Police have accused Travelbee of robbing one person of around $100 as part of an unarmed robbery incident.
Sentencing is May 24.
Travelbee has sentencing at 11 am Wednesday in a separate aggravated criminal threat case in Lyon County District Court.
