Floyd’s Inc is looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to take responsibility for the day-to-day customer and administrative side of our mechanical repair operation.
Your responsibilities include:
- Greet customers and write accurate repair estimates, invoicing
- Explain recommended repairs and costs to customers
- Work with local parts suppliers and vendors
- Schedule mechanical repairs and manage the shop’s workflow
- Keep customers informed about the progress of their vehicles
