The Emporia State men’s tennis team has been ranked for the first time in program history. Emporia State checks in at #44 in the ITA Division II Men’s National Team Computerized Rankings. The Hornets are one of seven teams in the MIAA/GAC that are ranked, the most of any league. Anton Sarunic is #54 individually and is ranked for the third straight week. ESU’s duals for men and women’s tennis against McPherson on Friday have been postponed due to schedule conflicts for the Bulldogs. ESU returns to action Sunday travelling to Quincy. The women play next on Friday, March 29 in their MIAA opener at Nebraska-Kearney.
