CareArc’s Board of Directors has a number of reports to consider during its monthly meeting this week.
In addition to the monthly reports for finance and continuous quality and the regular reports from Clinic Director Tammy Black and Dental Director Regan Orr, board members will take a look at a draft version of the agency’s organization chart. One executive session on financial matters is also planned.
Board members will meet at noon at CareArc.
